Jim's Space Invader (281KB) won overall.
In the first and second rounds "Space Invader" killed all eight other robots! In the third round it managed to kill five robots before being killed by defending champion Cameron's robot, "Chongy Pull My Finger". Cameron's robot went on to kill another robot before winning the round when the final contender, Caroline's "Beatrix Kiddo", killed itself.
